Subprocessors
Effective date: June 23, 2026
1. Current subprocessors
Neon — PostgreSQL for the control plane (users, organizations, billing metadata, Agent Memory notes, Permanent Memory).
Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery for the control plane.
Polar — merchant of record: checkout, invoices, tax, and subscription state.
Resend — transactional email (verification, invites, password reset, billing notices).
Upstash — Redis for rate limits and monthly call quotas.
Engine host (Fly.io or Render) — the multi-tenant memory engine and per-organization SQLite volumes.
Sentry — error monitoring, when SENTRY_DSN is configured. Event payloads are minimized; memory contents are not sent as a matter of product design.
OpenAI — only when an organization brings its own key. We send text the organization chose to embed or extract; we do not use a stored-owned key as a silent default for customer content.
2. What is not a subprocessor
The open-source engine running on your own machine is not a stored subprocessor. Self-hosted or BYOC data planes you operate are your processors, not ours.
3. Changes
We will update this page when a provider is added or replaced. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated list, subject to rights you have under a separately signed DPA.
